Where is my order confirmation email?
After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

An order confirmation email right after purchase.

A shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

How long before my order ships?
Orders typically require 2 to 6 business days to process and ship, depending on stock availability.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes around 5 business days after your order has been processed.
If an item is low in stock, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days.

Can I change my address?
If you entered the wrong delivery address, you can still update it as long as your order has not shipped yet.
